What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?

Coaching focuses on personal growth and achieving future goals. It’s client-led, non-advisory, and works mainly in the present and future. While it may acknowledge the past, its primary aim is empowerment and development using structured models and some supportive therapeutic frameworks.

Therapy focuses on healing – addressing emotional pain, mental health issues, and past trauma. It works with past experiences to resolve issues affecting the present, using established psychological frameworks to process emotions and support recovery.
Will you give me advice in coaching?

My role is not to give advice or tell you what to do. This is because the aim of coaching is meaningful and lasting change, and this is only possible when the solutions come from you and are put into action by you. My role is to provide a safe, neutral and non-judgemental space where you can explore freely.
How many sessions am I likely to need?

Everyone’s journey is different, so the number of sessions will depend on your individual needs and goals. Some people find one session is enough, while others choose to continue over a period of weeks or months. You’re free to decide what feels right for you, with no pressure or fixed commitment.
How do I book?
